- 1. CONFIGURE CUSTOMER’S PREFERRED VEHICLE Module 2.2 DearlerCRM
- 2. Learning Objective Using the CRM software, enter and configure a vehicle using the given stock number to have all of detailed information of that particular vehicle downloaded in the customer file without error.
- 3. Configure An In-Stock Vehicle • Link specific inventory to specific prospect or customer for prospective sales and after- sales service • Dealership’s main data system (DMS) contains information on inventory item • Key in VIN or stock number as found on DMS, key-tag, window sticker
- 4. Configure A Vehicle Not in Stock • Input information of vehicle currently not in stock to specific customer’s file / thread for prospective sales • Manually key-in vehicle information using manufacturer’s Vehicle Specification
- 5. Log in to DealerCRM
- 6. • Access MyCustomer • Select Customer • Click “New Opportunity” • Configure a vehicle
- 7. • Key-In VIN or Stock No. of in-stock item • DMS automatically fill-in other vehicle information
- 8. • Key-in vehicle information manually if the item is currently not in-stock
- 9. Click “Save” You have successfully configure a vehicle for your prospective customer!!
