INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Choose Installation Type "Install PowerCenter 8.6.1" must be selected. Click on "Next". The following screens will appear:
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : PowerCenter License Key.Browse to the license key file and click on "Next". The following screens will appear:
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Installation Prerequisites.Click on "Next".
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Installation Directory.Choose the installation directory and click "Next" to go to the next screen.
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : HTTPS Configuration. Choose the defaults and click on "Next".
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Pre-Installation Summary Here, click on "Install" button to start the installation of the Informatica PowerCenter. The following screens will appear:

INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Create or Join Domain Choose "Create New Domain" and click on "Next".
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Configure Domain Database INFORMATICA is a new schema created in an Oracle database to keep the Informatica metadata. To test the connection click on "Test Connection". Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Test connection passed. On the previous screen click on "Next" if the test connection pass.
INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Configure Domain. Choose the domain configuration and click on "Next".

INSTALLATION INFORMATICA 8.6 Installing Informatica PowerCenter Server : Configure Informatica Services. I unchecked "Run Informatica Services under a different user account" and I press on "Next".
