REWARD SYSTEM
 Provide faculty fees as negotiated and agreed

 Do not siphon the funds through false claims
 Do not pay to the sub-consultants over and

external agencies without circulating to the
institute’s departments

 The selected candidates names are to be made public

altered without getting the governing councils

 The assessment of the candidates should be bases on
the specific procedure
SUPPORTING RESEARCH WORK OF
THE FACULTY MEMBERS
 The research proposals of the faculty should
be forwarded to the funding agencies
 If they are retained, the reasons for retention
