Bukit Panjang Primary School implemented a project called "Litter Monsters" to encourage proper rubbish disposal habits. A group of 4 students - Ean Eu Howe Yun, Jerome, Sherman, and Einson - painted one of the school's rubbish bins to look like a monster. This drew a lot of attention from other students. They used this painted bin to promote proper litter disposal and a bin design contest from the National Environment Agency. Their goal is to paint all of the school's bins to further encourage cleanliness.
