Survey summary
- 1. These results show me that there was an even balance between age groups that took my survey however thepopularity within the group 12-20 shows me that this is probably the specified age group for my genre. However it seems that 4 people over the age of 50 took my survey. This resultshows that the majority of people that took my survey have indeed heard of the genres however I suspecta percentage of people who answered no would be the older community.
- 2. The results of question 3 show me that I have varied results with 6 people having answered being a fan on the genre 5 not being a fan and 2 people answering that they have no clue what it is. By looking at the results of question 4 i have come to the conclusion that a large percentage of the people who did answer my survey happen to be male with only 5 of the 13 being female.
- 3. As we can see from the selection of responses I had back a large section of these people either enjoy things such as football or aggressive activities such as fight, boxing and hating people. Question 6 tells us that the colour scheme the audience would appeal most to is red and black, however by looking at our results we can see that the other selections are not far behind.
- 4. In this question we can see that a large number of the audience want to see freebies included in the magazineover anything else. Freebies can be given away in each issue and judging by this are likely to appeal to most people and attract them into buying the magazine. This question asks the audience what artists they would like to see included in the magazine, judging by the results we had back we can see a varied responsehowever artists such as 50 cent and stormzy would appeal to my genre of music identifying that there is indeed people with interest of the genre.
- 5. Thisquestiontellsusthata wide varietyof the audience wouldlike tosee sanserif font styles,thiswouldbe more than appropriate formymagazine genre because itwouldcreate an aggressive theme andimage meaningitwouldindeedrelate to the genre. In this section wecan see that a mid-performance photo would be preferred to over either an album cover photo or a different picture of the bands/artists.
