This document presents a novel task level energy and performance assurance workload scheduling (TLEPA-WS) algorithm designed for distributed computing environments, particularly in cloud computing. The TLEPA-WS algorithm effectively minimizes energy consumption while ensuring performance requirements at the task level, leading to significant reductions in execution costs, energy use, and makespan compared to existing workload scheduling models. Experimental results demonstrate an average energy savings of 44.96%, a makespan reduction of 83.33%, and an 80.1% decrease in overall execution costs.
