our first US office in California, we doubled our revenue,
and doubled in size. This year we plan to beat that!

We work incredibly hard at what we do, and constantly develop

We do have fun too. Whether that’s Friday drinks, the annual trip to
Royal Ascot, or even the odd company ski trip, you’ll be seeing an
awful lot of us if you join Chemistry.

Experian, Lloyds, Primark, SAP, and Diageo. And
we’ve worked with those guys in every unfrozen
continent on the planet, so if you’re looking for

brilliant. That’s why we work with Help for Heroes to
help wounded veterans, it’s why we work with IndiGo
Volunteers on projects across India and Africa, it’s

find the staff who can deliver great care to patients.

world’s most important issues, like why 87% of the world’s
global workforce are either miserable or very miserable at
work…
The role of our product team is to create the science, the
tools and the technology to give leaders in global
organisations the confidence to make better people
decisions.

How do we create products that get managers to behave
differently around how they hire their people?
What does the next version of psychology look like?
What can the data collected from kids in UK football
academies tell us about psychological development and
potential in young people?
How do we change the way organisations think about
“intelligence”?

Our Technology Analysts are hell bent on providing awesome
customer support.

What you’ll do.
Client	Support	
Delivering	training	and	se/ng	expecta3ons	and	ways	of	working	
with	clients	
Quickly	responding	to	and	managing	customer	needs	
Ongoing	support	of	the	online	pla>orms	pre	and	post-launch	
Managing	the	overall	customer	support	process	and	technology	
		
Pla/orm	Configura3on	
Setup	and	configura3on	of	Chemistry’s	online	pla>orm	
Working	with	internal	teams	to	educate	them	on	Chemistry’s	
technology	
Iden3fying	areas	of	improvement	
		
Educate	Chemistry	Teams	
Working	with	internal	Chemistry	teams	to	educate	them	on	our	
technology	
Ensure	that	technology	is	rolled	out	to	customers	smoothly	by	
working	alongside	Sales	and	Delivery	teams	
		
Pla/orm	Improvement	
Quality	analysis	of	pla>orm	improvements/enhancements

experts, improve your own skills, and even learn about things like
mindfulness and nutrition so that you can be at your best every
day.
 
We also use quarterly OKRs to make sure your development is
constantly on-going and in tune with the needs of the business. If
you need to do something to progress and do your job better,
we’ll make sure it happens.
 
And we’d always rather develop and promote our own people
than hire from outside. If you make it through the door, we’ll
make sure you have every opportunity to get where you want to
go – all you have to do is take it!
