- 3. Code Quality in layout & Design Layout and design is responsive but having an inline CSS and Inline classes that is can impact on page load time of website. Page layout of the main menu should be same for all menu. Static links has used in each and every href. It should be dynamic on all pages. Url redirection is using 301 & 302 many times. It can be impact on SEO.
- 4. THE CIRCLE | Blog For blog implementation we are using WordPress, that is good for blog but we can use it in magento also. We are using custom layout for each blog and creating a separate html file and custom code. It should be inbuilt in magento. The comments session is not available in THE CIRCLE. The Code should be minify in Wordpress. The page load Speed is approx 52/100 for Mobile and 56/ 100 now. We can improve it.
- 5. Security The e-commerce site should have a Firewall and security patches to stop the SPAM and Bots hit. Ogaan have a simple .htaccess file. It should be fully secure with security Codes Firewall and security patches is not fully implemented on server-side.
- 6. Major Changes in Code Some code and files are using in the execution. The files are not so needful We can remove it but some code dependency is still there. We can revamp the same functionality in a proper manner (i.e: Filter Code, Ip Location file, custom JS) We have to follow a base rule of magento to implement the functionality and have to reduce the complications and dependency on two or more files.
- 8. Home Page The HOMEPAGE looks good in a normal form. It should revamp with some new features and should be change with more interactive features. βTHE CIRCLEβ part on home page should be on down-side and a Trending or Most Viewed products or Featured product in Slider form should be come under the banners. There should be a video section of product shoots/ events/ or with any other detail. Footer size should be decrease with only menus, social links and payment option. The Ogaan detail should be come in specific detail page (i.e. About us).
- 9. Catalog Page The catalog page looks nice but some features looks missing. As like Only images are changing on the hover. There should be a Border or hover effect comes when the pointer comes on the product. The Wishlist option is always visible. It should be come on the hover. On the hover there should be show the Size, Wishlist, Quick view icon with all images shuffling not only two. Back To Top button should be more visible to the user. If we are showing βBeing Viewedβ sidebar then it should be scroll down with scroller.
- 10. Product Page The detail of the product is looking fine with image. All things are align good but we can improve it better. The Zoom effect should be come on right side not in the box. Below the picture there should be a section βCUSTOMERS WHO VIEWED THIS PRODUCT ALSO VIEWEDβ to give some options for product view. We can add a review section to give the reviews on the products.

- 12. Suggestions Our Suggestions are if we will revamp the website with a same color theme or new color theme that can improve and optimize the website code and perfomance quality. These things will impact if we will change the site code and rebuilt with aproper manner of magento The site Page load speed will optimize with a good value. The Site code would be in minified version. The Security and code quality would be on a good level New design or functionality implementation time will reduce.
