We supply rails separately or with "Gantrex“ fixing, developed for each type
of rail.
Fixing "Gantrex" is a modern means of attachment of the crane rail for
crane beams in complex environments hoisting equipment. This method is
based on the principle of soft mounting and allows to achieve a durable
attachment that ensures its long-term and precise direction.
In contrast to traditional fasteners, "Gantrex“ ones characterized by
installing a rail flexible soles reinforced corrugated pads with a concave sole
rail, which allows you to optimally allocate and reduce the vertical pressure
on the roller valve and reduces the dynamic impact on the rail. As used in
the construction of a limited vertical clearance allows you to avoid passing
on the Mount of possible destructive forces of lift.
Fixing "Gantrex" provide long service life, reliability and safety of hoisting
equipment. In addition, the innovative design of the attachment "Gantrex"
virtually eliminates the need for maintenance.

The main competitive advantage of our product is the absolute quality
seamless pipes meeting the highest international standards there. These
are:
Minimum tolerance: the wall thickness of -5/+5%, with operating
tolerances -13 / +15% for GOST pipes and on the outer diameter -0.4 /
+0.3% with operating tolerances -1 / + 0.9% for API.
An additional operation on the lines of cutting threads for tubing and
casing, : coupling phosphate compounds. It is applied, if the operation is
indicated in the specification of delivery.
Additional pipe coating with clear lacquer finish that protects against
corrosion.
Manufacture of tubes of up to 14.6 meters.
The use of ultrasonic testing equipment for verifying 100% of the pipe and
wall thickness.
High level of automation is minimizing the human factor.
