TechSoup Canada aims to enhance the technological capabilities of non-profits in Canada, having saved the sector approximately $13.7 million through various initiatives. The organization identifies a strong need for access to software, hardware, knowledge, and talent among NGOs. Looking forward, TechSoup Canada plans to connect more donor partners and create a knowledge portal for improving technology access and support in the nonprofit sector.

- #9: Traditional channels for advertising has also changed. # of people reading newspapers, watching television and listening to the radio has been falling, especially with the teenage crowd. attendance for some artforms is falling; we need to increase the frequency with which people come to, for instance, our venue or festival and we need to keep people coming back year-on-year. The days of lining up to buy tickets has given away to electronic ticket distribution. More and more, artists are using social media tools like blogs, myspace, facebook and twitter to connect with their fans and participating in conversations
