This paper presents a time-to-digital converter (TDC) based temperature sensor designed to operate at ultra-low voltage, specifically 0.15V, suitable for Internet of Things (IoT) applications with energy harvesting. The sensor utilizes leakage current characteristics for temperature measurement and demonstrated significant power consumption reduction compared to previous models, consuming only 407nW. Simulation results indicate a measurable temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, highlighting its effectiveness for applications requiring low power consumption.
