This study investigates the use of cooperative learning models, specifically rally robbin and fan-n-pick, to enhance self-esteem and learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at SDN Purwantoro 8 Malang. Through classroom action research, the findings reveal significant improvements in students' participation, self-esteem, and academic performance after implementing these engaging learning strategies. The results underscore the effectiveness of cooperative learning in fostering a more active and confident classroom environment.
