spirally presenty app.

It lets you create on a
canvas

browser

You can either do it in two
separate ways

ONE:
Choose from pre made ones

“Start blank prezi” button

This will take you to a
blank canvas

It’s an equivalent to the slide

Now let’s make a
real prezi!

On the top middle screen of
the canvass

This will show up on the right
side of the screen

On the lower right of the
customize column

Scroll down to
pick a theme
from these or

Simply go at
the right top
hand corner to
choose your
background

And choose
any color from
the drop down
selections

And it will
show you a
preview of the
background

It will automatically show the
whole canvas and the slide as well

Click “Choose
file” when you
want to make
your own

Choose the file
you want for
your
background
and hit “open”

You can click the circle center zoom
frame in the Prezi editing screen

Tools for the
frame will
appear

Click Zoom to
frame to
navigate in and
out of the circle
frame

You can also do
this by scrolling
in and out of
the frame by
the roller of
your mouse

Click type to
see different
frames

Choose between
brackets, circles,
rectangles or make
the frame invisible
or remove it
altogether

This function is also available
at the left top hand corner”

Just click the
drop down
button that
says “Circle
frame”

Click drop
down arrow
beside the
“color” button

It’ll show you
a variety of
colors scheme
for your
frame to
choose from

If you click
“Favorite” the
frame you are
currently
working on will
be

Or if you don’t
want it. Just
simply delete

“Click to add
text” to show
text box field

It has features to
format your text
details such as fonts
emphasis, font size,
alignment etc.

Roadmap as our
title for the
whole
presentation

Click “Insert”
for spreading
details on your
prezi

You’ll see this
drop down list
of menus

Select files
from your
PC and hit
“open”

Selected image
loads up on the
editing screen

Click the hand
icon to drag the
image across
the screen

You can adjust
the size
through these
transition tools

Click through
the tools to
edit the image
onto the screen

This will slide
on the right
side of the
screen

Select files
through your
own PC

Or choose from
a couple of
images from
the gallery

When you’ve
selected a
replacement for
your image just
click “Replace”
or if not hit
“cancel”

Adjust the
cropping tool
according to
your liking

Once selected, you
can click at the
outside of the
cropping tool and
only the cropped
image

In case you don’t like the
cropped image you can click
“undo” button to restore
image

After
formatting
effects and
editing you can
hit save

Click “Favorite”
to save the
clipped image
and it’s format
in your clip art

Click “delete”
so you can
remove it
altogether

This board of
different
categories will
slide in the
right of your
screen

Type keywords
for a quick
search

Then double click on
the item selected. It
will shortly load on
the screen

You can also
load youtube
videos on your
prezi. Just click
this

This one will pop up in the
middle of your screen

Paste the link
right in the bar
and click
“Insert”

The video will
automatically
load onto your
screen

Choose
from
this side for
single
frames

If you have
subsequent
details linking
together, Select
Multiframe
buttons

You can click
these other
tools to draw
and highlight
too

Click on the arrow and the
formatting tool appears

You can add a
couple of
details on your
prezi
By now all the
details in your
prezi screen is
your first slide as
default

To add another slide for the
frame to zoom in

You can add a
couple of

Just clicked on
the detail that
you want the
frame to zoom
in

It will be added to the slide
on the left

You can also manually zoom
a part that your viewing like

a single zoom frame

Click arrow on
the right side
that
say’s Circle
frame

Add a bracket.
Choose from
the selection
below

The frame will
load on the
screen

Drag it into the
area where you
want to show 2
or more details

Center and fit it
to the area and
details you
want too zoom
in.

Preview of the slide looks

Click
“Edit Path”
when your
done
adding
paths

Drag it into the
area where you
want to show 2
or more details
You’ll see this all the paths coming
together in a chain

Click one of the path to
change or re-route it to
another

Click “Save”
just to make
sure. (the Prezi
automatically
saves to)

Click “Present” and it will be
presented like this…

Click this left and right arrows to
see formal view of your Prezi
