- 2. This skill means keeping track of everything we do. It also refers knowing the difference between important and urgent. It also means taking control over time, planning and using time wisely.

- 8. Finish most important things first. Keeping things for the last minute makes them less efficient and stressful. Otherwise it will make you wish you can go back by time!
- 9. Spend time on important things before they become urgent Don’t be ruled by urgency. Never avoid important activities because of merely urgent tasks. Do important things early. Waiting until they’re urgent will only increase your stress level. Number your tasks in order of their importance. Complete them in that order.
- 10. Make lists Make use of the down time Reward yourself when you accomplish something Concentrate on one thing at a time Set personal deadlines Set a long term planner for yourself Work in a team Avoid Burnouts
