  • 3.                 Since  there  are  a  lot  of  recruiters  that  have   ‘never’  sourced  but  want  to  learn  how  to  do  it   here  are  some  great  and  very  easy  to  apply   sourcing  Bps  and  tools  sourcers  shared  at   Sourcing  Summit  Europe  that  I  would  like  to   share  with  you:

  • 11.                                                                    Tip  8:  Check  usage/  penetraBon  of  social    media  plaZorms  per    country.                      Tool:  Socialbakers  
  • 12.     Tip  9:  Find  companies  you  might  want  to   focus  on  from  an  external  perspecBve.                   Tool:  LinkedIn.  You  can  see  from  which   companies  employees  are  coming  from.  
  • 13.     Tip  10:  Find  out  what     people  like  and  use  it     when  you  approach  them.       Tool:  Facebook  Graph     Search.  It  shows  you  what   people  like,  what  books     they  read,  what  music     they  listen  to  etc.    
  • 14.                          Tip  11:  Replace  ads  with                    informaBonJ                       shows  you                                                                Tool:  RapporBve.  It’s  a  Gmail  plug-­‐in  that    shows  you  where      people  are,  what  they    do,  what  they  are      saying  etc.    
  • 15.   Tip  12:  Find  out  what’s  wrong  with  your   emails.                 Tool:  Yesware.  It’s  a  Gmail  plugin  that  shows   you  the  open  rates  of  your  emails.  If  nobody   opens  your  emails;  your  subject  line  is  wrong.   If  people  open  your  emails,  but  don’t   respond;  your  message  is  wrong.
