This document presents a new blockchain consensus protocol that is based on game theory and randomness, aiming to achieve true decentralization without relying on traditional proof of work (PoW) or fixed validator systems. It introduces dynamic validator selection, rewarding honest behavior while penalizing dishonest actions, thereby enhancing security and efficiency against adversarial attacks. The proposed protocol improves on existing systems by randomly selecting varying sets of validators for each block, which mitigates vulnerabilities associated with fixed validator approaches.
