The transcriptome is the set of all RNA molecules,
including mRNA, rRNA, tRNA, and other non coding
RNA produced in one or a population of cells. RNA
Next-generation sequencing methods have
revolutionized exploration of the transcriptome.
The transcriptomics sequencing is to sequence the mature
mRNA and ncRNA which transcribed by affinity purified
RNA polymerase II with next generation sequencing.
