Required to Learn a New Skill
Assess the difficulty of doing a task once learned; assess the importance of doing a task in a
standardized manner; and assess the frequency with which the task will be done on the job.

task can be taught successfully through a demonstration, basic training, or advanced training
with multiple practice sessions and job aids.
