This document describes Ben McGrae's transition from his previous role as a Learning Technologist to his new role as an Educational Developer at the Centre for Innovation in Education. It outlines the changes in responsibilities between the two roles, including a shift from a focus on technical skills and support to incorporating pedagogical knowledge and supporting curriculum design. It also discusses how the TPACK framework informed the restructuring of the roles and responsibilities to emphasize blended knowledge of technology, pedagogy and content.
