Annegret and Georgia presented at the Kansai Cluster Global Issues Network Conference on March 17th 2012 about undesigning products for the dump. The presentation discussed the problems with electronics including resource depletion, pollution, toxins from manufacturing and disposal, consuming too much through planned obsolescence and constant new products. It highlighted the issues of e-waste and challenges with recycling, and asked how designers could redesign products to avoid these problems and what consumers could do to help solve the issues.
