What’s your city like? General Teran is  really  nice. It’s  fairly  quiet and clean. It’s not  very  expensive. It’s  too  beautiful and relaxing. General Teran is a  really  big city. It’s not a  noisy  city. It’s a  very  interesting place. It’s a  fairly  old town.
What’s Monterrey like? Monterrey is  very  big. It’s  extremely  modern. It’s  somewhat  dangerous at night. It’s not  pretty  expensive. Monterrey is a  very  interesting city. It’s not a  really  quiet city. It’s a  fairly  crowded city. It’s  too  noisy and polluted.

Conjuctions Conjunctions are used to join words, phrases, and clauses that are balanced as logical equals  and.-   joins two similar ideas together   Teran is very quiet.  The weather is nice. Teran is very quiet  and  the weather is nice.  Monterrey is a really modern city.  It’s very interesting Monterrey is really modern  and  it’s very interesting. Mexico City is very polluted.  It’s very dangerous. Mexico is very polluted  and  very dangerous.
but.-   joins two contrasting ideas   Allende is very big.  It’s very dirty. Allende is very big,  but  its’ very dirty. Acapulco is fairly interesting.  It’s not too safe. Acapulco is fairly interesting,  but  it’s not too safe. Cancun is a wonderful place.  It’s too expensive. Cancun is a wonderful place  but  it’s too expensive. Teran is a relaxing town.  It’s too boring. Teran is a relaxing town  but  it’s too boring.
Though and however.-   The meaning  are similar but though is much more common than however in conversation. These conjuctions j oins two contrasting ideas but we used them at the end of the sentences. My town is very boring.  It’s too interesting. My town is very boring.  It’s too interesting,  though. New York is too modern.  It’s dangerous at night. New York is too modern.  It’s dangerous at night,  however. My neighborhood is too clean.  It’s not very safe. My neighborhood is too clean. Let’s visit Acapulco!
Acapulco is a great place to visit this vacation in Mexico.  It has some of the most beautiful beaches from this country.  A lot of people from all over the world visit this city on vacation.  What  can  visitors do?  Well, first of all they  can   stay  in the greatest hotels where they  can relax  and have a special time.  Visitors  shouldn’t miss  the “quebrada” it is an amazing show.  The night clubs are fantastic, you  can   dance  all night, but if you are not an adult you  can’t   enter . You  should   take  a tour in a boat, it’s amazing, and you  should   go  diving it is fantastic explore another world.
They express an ability, permission, wish, suggestion, etc. to do something.  Can  and  should  as modal verbs What  can  people do in Acapulco? They  can   stay  in the greatest hotels. They  can relax  there. They  can dance  in the night clubs. What  should  people do in Acapulco? They  shouldn’t miss  the quebrada. They  should take  a tour. They  should go  diving.
