This document outlines a testing and training plan for a performer to improve in two priority areas over eight weeks. It provides the testing timeline and results for four weaknesses: speed, flexibility, power, and body composition. Based on the results, speed and power were selected as the two priority areas. Improvement targets were set for both speed and power to be achieved by specific dates. Justifications were provided for why each target is needed and how achieving the targets would benefit both the performer and their team.
