- 2. UNITY • Unity is being together or at one with someone or something. It's the opposite of being divided. This is a word for togetherness or oneness • The greatness of unity is that everyone is respected. One note of disrespect can cause unity to be broken. Unity creates the experience of cooperation, increases enthusiasm for the task and makes the atmosphere empowering. Unity creates a sense of belonging and increases well-being for all.
- 3. DIVERSTIY Diversity is about what makes each of us unique and includes our backgrounds, personality, life experiences and beliefs, all of the things that make us who we are. It is a combination of our differences that shape our view of the world, our perspective and our approach.

- 5. Landforms and Lifestyle diversity Landforms play a critical role in the life of all people. They affect where people choose to live, the foods they can grow, a region's cultural history, societal development, architectural choices and building development. They even influence where military sites work best to defend a region.

Social diversity • Social Diversity is the differences seen in a particular society in the case of religion, culture, economic status etc. If the people of a particular society belong to different religions, cultural backgrounds, social status, economic status, linguistic environment etc., this phenomena is called social diversity.

Linguistic diversity Language diversity, or linguistic diversity, is a broad term used to describe the differences between different languages and the ways that people communicate with each other. Language is one of the features of humanity that sets the species apart from others on Earth, as far as scientists are aware.
- 8. • Unity in diversity is used as an expression of harmony and unity between dissimilar individuals or groups. It is a concept of "unity without uniformity and diversity without fragmentation that shifts focus from unity based on a mere tolerance of physical, cultural, linguistic, social, religious, political, ideological and/or psychological differences towards a more complex unity based on an understanding that difference enriches human interactions. The idea and related phrase is very old and dates back to ancient times in both Western and Eastern Old World cultures. - 9. UNITY IN DIVERSITY IN INDIA In India, national integration alone can be the foundation of a strong, united and prosperous India, especially in these days of extremism and terrorism. Mahatma Gandhi sacrificed his life for communal unity. Though, there are Bengalis, Gujaratis, Punjabis, Maharastrians, Tamilians, etc., in our country. The fact remains that regardless of divisions and distinctions, caste or creed, we have lived together for thousands of years.
