The study examines library usage among students at Foundation University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Rawalpindi, identifying key issues such as lack of organizational structure, insufficient resources, and inadequate support from library staff. Results showed a majority of students faced difficulties that hindered their library engagement, leading to recommendations for improved cataloging, better organization of materials, and a more conducive learning environment. The findings underscore the library's crucial role in supporting student learning and the need for reforms to enhance its effectiveness.
