This document presents a framework aimed at improving website usability through automated evaluation, addressing a paradox between the necessity of usability and its poor application in the commercial sector. By automating usability evaluation, the framework reduces costs, allows non-experts to conduct assessments, and identifies a broader range of usability violations compared to human evaluators. The proposed tool, named 'USEFUL', leverages established usability guidelines to systematically assess websites, enhancing the likelihood of creating usable web designs.
