Page 3 1.0 Introduction 1.0.1 Tool Overview Diamond HTML Editor and publisher is a tool that is used for making static WebPages or websites within a facility of publishing it by using FTP server. HTML5 tags will be used in Diamond HTML editor and publisher that provide rich formatting features whereas most of the editor doesn’t used HTML5 tags. Built-in tag facility is provided to the user. Designer and source code windows are provided to the user. In designer window user view the design of the webpage whose code is written in source code window. User can also view design of the static website on the browser. Help and support facility will be provided in tool if anyone feels difficulty while using it. User guide help user how to use html tags and how to create a website. Shortcut keys and useful links also are provided in help and support section. 1.0.2 Purpose of Tool Diamond HTML Editor and Publisher are basically to provide rich editing features to users for designing web pages. HTML editor will enable the user to edit HTML based pages, view their look and feel and create static web-sites projects. Editor will have Rich Text control would normally be utilized; documentation, complex descriptions where text formatting is required, correspondences, bulletins, etc and also user can easily put images and reference links. The purpose of the Diamond HTML Editor and publisher is to provide rich editing features to users for designing a web pages according to the requirement and view their look and feel like creating static website.HTML 5 Built-in tag facility will be provided in diamond HTML editor and publisher. This tool also provides the facility to the users to publish their respective website by using FTP. 2.0 How Our System Works Create Folder Design website Publish on FTP server 3.0 Category Of Users Our tool is not defining a specific category of users. This tool help beginner to learn HTML tags and help to design static website in a convenient way and provide strong help and support section which guide user at every step and at last user publish Website on FTP server.
- 4. Page 4 4.0 How To Use Tool 4.0.1 How to Create Project 1) Open Diamond HTML Editor and Publisher tool 2) First create website or single webpage click on File> Create Project

- 6. Page 6 5) Project is successfully created on the solution explorer 4.0.2 Add New File To Project 6) User Right click on Project choose Add New File 7) Add New File Prompt box appear 8) Write the name of file you want to create click OK
