- 2. Objectives You will be able to: Explain how you will use case management materials and activities to guide student goal-setting. Explain the usefulness of a local workforce reference binder. Identify the advantages and challenges of implementing an orientation and explain how you can adapt activities to “intakes.”
- 3. Transforming Adult Education Look at the chart on page 7. Where do you think your program/class/group is on this continuum of transformation? What will you need to do 1) as a program and 2) as an administrator, teacher, case manager, etc. to move your services and classes toward the right side of the continuum.
