- 2. What are Virtual Field Trips? It is an activity which allows students to visit a place that they cannot readily go to. VFTs are not about using the Internet…they are about learning. In its simplest form, information must be gathered. More complex forms require a product to be produced.
- 3. What do I need to create a VFT? Computer with Internet access. Software that will allow you to make a web file (Microsoft Word or Publisher will do this). A place to post the file for students to access (school website or network). A plan (goal, topic, web links, activity, rubric).
