Cell phones began to be more PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) which in result was smartphones. Smartphones are laid out in the manner as they would be on your computer keyboard. Smartphones adds feature that you might find on a PDA or a computer, such as the ability to send and receive e-mails, edit office documents. Handling of e-mail sets it apart from your ordinary cell phones. It can sync with your personal and professional e-mail account, other smartphones support multiple e-mail accounts.
