- 5. Step 1-Visit OfficialWebsite • Visit the official website ofVITEEE 2017 i.e. http://vtop2.vit.ac.in:8080/VITEEE/ • Read important instructions given on left side • Click on ‘New Applicant’ on right side
- 6. New User Registration • Enter all the relevant details carefully • A password will be sent fromVIT to your registered mobile no. and email id • All theVITEEE communications will be sent to your registered email id and mobile no. • Request for change of mobile no. & e-mail id will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- 7. Step 2- Confirmation of Password • The email id and password received on your email id and mobile number shall be used for login
- 8. Step 3- FillVIT Application Form • Provide all relevant details carefully, before submission. • An application number will be generated after submission. • Refer your application no. for all your future correspondence.
- 9. • Online mode- Net-banking / Credit / Debit card. Application Cost (INR 970) - for General Candidates • DD Mode - DD of USD 50 drawn in favor of 'VIT University' for NRI candidates Step 4- Mode of payment
- 10. Payment transaction queries • At the time of transaction, if the amount is debited, please do not try new application. Please wait for 24hrs and try for the payment once again in the same registered email id • If the amount is not debited, you can try the payment again

Step 5- Upload Documents, Photograph & Signature Document Specification Latest colored passport size photograph 10 KB to 200 KB in Jpeg format Scanned copy of Signature 10 KB to 200 KB, in Jpeg format Registration certificate/admit card/mark sheet of 10th class 50 KB to 300 KB, in Jpeg format Category certificate – SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/ PwD 50 to 300 KB, in Jpeg format
- 12. Step 6- DownloadVIT Application Form • Post completion ofVIT Application form, cross-check the filled information • Submit if all information is correct • Download the filled form for future use

Important Instructions • Online mode - Do not send the hardcopy ofVIT application form after the process of completion. • DD / NEFT Mode - It is mandatory for NRI candidates to send the hardcopy of the application form along with the NEFTTransfer copy / Demand Draft of 50 USD (write your name and application no. on the reverse side of DD) after the process of completion.

OFFLINE MODE • For obtaining VIT application form offline, candidates can attain it from the various post offices as mentioned at the University website. • The filled-in application form should reach at University address by registered post or speed post. • Candidates can send the offline application form to the Admission Officer, VIT University,Vellore – 632014,Tamil Nadu, India.
