• Allow participants to join 15 minutes prior to meeting
time.
• Remind participants to mute their microphones.
• Keep email running the background.
• Check that students can hear you.
• Share Documents instead of Sharing Your Screen
• Have a second instance of the meeting open on a second
monitor.
• Add video to content library.
• Appoint one or two students as presenters also so they
can help pass the microphone.
• Respect the content of the video conferencing session.
• Add the technical support number to the meeting
notification.
• Be forgiving of mistakes.
