A. A brief overview of the company and its products.
We establish the convenience store named Seven-Eleven. The magazine of eating
and drinking of the box lunch, bread, and the rice ball, weekly magazines, and
cartoons sells this company. Other general merchandise sells it.


B. How is one of the products created or used?
Seven-Eleven is developing the box lunch and bread that uses the fruit and the food
that becomes popular a young person. Moreover, the box lunch and the rice ball
that uses the special product of local are made and local is advertised.


C. How does a person (customer or employee) decide what to do (what to make or
what to buy)?
Seven-Eleven takes the mechanism that the commodity and service are provided
according to customer's convenience and needs. Moreover, the commodity and the
render of service that sticks to the region also positively work on us.


D. How are the products packaged?
Some foods are made in Seven-Eleven's factories. The products are delivered to
each store by truck.


E. Is there a training program to teach employees or customers about the product?
(How to use it or how to make it?)
People need to drive a truck to distribution of goods. Hire people for customer
service in each store, teaching work.


F. Is there any extra support available for employees or customers if they need it?
For example, is there a help line?
Yes, our company has help line. Of course, we have a FAX each convenience store,
and guide that we have fit in some languages for example, English, Chinese,
German and more. These are extra support available for employees or customers.


G. How can employees or customers contact human sources of help?
There are a lot of contact information in our company, so if employees or customers
get in a bind, they can contact us to solve some problem. First of all, you should call
our company and people tackle that problem.
