Include a recommendation section. The key factors infuluencing the recommendation. State requirements. Those factors that influence the decision or the choice of options. Provide technical background, discuss the background. Explain the logical organization in the document. Why did you choose to organize the document this way? I think that final document is include yourself opinion and key words. It is looks like a short, but it easy to see other people. Threrefore we need understand and explain the ditail harder and harder.
