Determiners are words used with nouns to provide more context about the noun. There are different types of determiners including articles, demonstratives, possessives, quantifiers, and WH-determiners. Numerals can also function as determiners when used with nouns. Some determiners like pronouns can be similar in form but have different grammatical functions. Possessive determiners indicate ownership or a relationship between the determiner and the noun.
