WebPA, a JISC funded project, is ending in March 2009 and needs to continue developing and sustaining itself. Several areas need ongoing work including software development, content development, implementation support, user support, marketing, fundraising, research, and governance. Suggestions are needed from stakeholders regarding targets for the project moving forward, specifically detailing what needs to be done, why it's important, how it will be accomplished, and who will be involved. The WebPA team is committed to the long-term success of the project.

Some things that will need doing Software development Content development Implementation support User support Marketing Fund raising Research Governance Linkage to VLEs Linkage to central databases Pilot system – eduserve, or other remote hosting automating error detection / flagging in groups, reports etc Import group information Peer review grading but don’t duplicate other systems Change title??
- 4. Suggestions Please! Split into small groups according to your perspective – software development, implementation or user Agree some key targets on a flip chart (20 mins)
- 5. Include: What? Why? How? Who? Be as imaginative as you wish!
- 6. Report Back Choose one or more targets for a spokesperson from each group to introduce
- 7. We will begin to incorporate these suggestions into the project from Jan 2009, including involving new people with the project The aim therefore, is to be in a good position for continuation after the project ends.
