Edline is integrating further with Blackboard Connect by automatically populating Connect user contact information from Edline and enhancing single sign-on between the platforms. New implementation and account management teams provide assistance to new and existing Edline customers. Recent feature releases include more design options, thumbnail views of slideshows, and quick content adding. Upcoming features will include mobile browser views, staff directories, enhanced designs, and newsletter capabilities.

Blackboard Integration • Starting with Connect • Contact information from Edline will populate Connect • After initially entering your login information, connectivity from Edline to Connect will be automatic • Enhancements and integration will continue • SSO will be further enhanced between Edline and Connect 2

New Processes • Implementation team in place • Provides 1 on 1 assistance implementing Edline • Website with resources for our new customers (implementation.edline.com) • Ensure that our clients are in a position to succeed • Account Management team in place • Provides ongoing 1 on 1 relationship and advising for clients • Knows and understands particular needs 3 of individual clients
