This paper proposes a new bus encoding scheme aimed at reducing crosstalk noise in System on Chip (SoC) designs, which becomes critical as circuit geometries shrink to 0.18 microns and below. The proposed encoding techniques have been shown to reduce crosstalk-related delay by at least 14% through experimental validation, demonstrating an improvement in signal integrity without excessive resource overhead. The approach contrasts with traditional methods like shielding and large repeaters, offering a more efficient solution for high-speed bus designs.
