- 2. Cover Inside Inlay This is my Digipak design, I used a simple two sided layout with an extra inlay. I wanted to use a two sided design to keep the digipak simple.
- 3. Cover I used this portrait of Sean to go with his serial aesthetic style, I think the use of long exposure to blur his face has achieved the serial feeling of aloneness I wanted to achieve. I used this portrait of Seans back to emphasis Sean as a solitary figure, something we tried to achieve in our video. I think the composition and Sean posture complies to represent Sean as a visual skin for his music instead of showing him as a star figure. I used small writing and blurred it with the blur tool in Photoshop. I wanted to use small writing to not draw attention away from the portrait of Sean. List of content Producing credits
- 4. Inside I used a similar long exposure image to the cover to create a consistent house style. List of thanks. I didn’t want to include to much information which to abstract the view of the image, I wanted Sean to be the solitary figure, the same as in our music video.
- 5. Inlay I used a similar long exposure image, too convey a consistent house style. The only text I wanted to include was the artist name and track name I wanted to make the inlay very simple, I wanted it to look like a flyer of small poster. I think including an aspect of mystery would build interest in Sean as an artist.
- 6. Poster I tried to make my poster similar to my digipak to create an identifiable image for Sean as an artist. I think by using a similar image and lay out to my inlay and front cover I would create a them or style for the ‘Sean seraphim’ brand. I used a similar image to my digipak to make Sean identifiable as an Artist. Promotion for the Digipak, I didn’t want to create a garish design with overwhelming information, I decided to keep a more simple layout which complimented the video.
