Design Thinking is… • A design-specific cognitive activities that designers apply during the process of designing • A methodology that helps people understand and develop creative ways to solve a specific issue, generally business oriented • A formal method for practical, creative resolution of problems and creation of solutions, with the intent of an improved future result • A form of solution-based, or solution-focused thinking – starting with a goal (a better future situation) instead of solving a specific problem • A powerful tool to tackle the unknown, with the confidence you’ll end somewhere great :)
