They have seen new functions like autonomous driving, accommodations for pets, and enhanced safety features—even the latest Summon command, where you can use your phone to summon your car to you in a parking lot, without any driver necessary. Even more, with the many Tesla cars on the road, Tesla has created a training fleet for future autonomous capabilities. Gathering data and information as people drive their Teslas enables the foundational elements to train and improve their self-driving technology. Tesla has a customer feedback loop that enables and directs future improvements to their cars and in turn, increases value for their customers.
