Abstract[3][4][6]
The "Technology Enabled Learning and Lifelong Self-Learning" is an online SWAYAM courses as a
part of AICTE - National Initiative foe Technical Teachers Training. It is Designed to provide interactive
MOOC learning experience to the faculty members and also to developed an understanding of infusing
technology into the classroom instruction. How technology facilitate in connecting CONTENT to
CONTEXT during the teaching learning process is explained in this course. Through many examples and
case studies, the participants will be exposed how to effectively use technology for their instruction and
what aspect to be taken into consideration while designing courses with technology. In addition to this,
Participants will be exposed, how technology tools can foster collaboration while delivering engaging
instructional Content. They will also learn strategies for assessing students and Managing classroom
instruction. The course is structured with Lectures, Experiential sharing activities and interviews from stake
holders. .

• Learning Resources will provide you with hands on practice about the different tools to be deployed
for creating learning resources esp., student support instructional materials. Usage of Open Educational
Resources (OER) and other online resources in the instructional materials will be discussed. How to
evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of resources you find online is also explored.
• Learning Assessment will provide you with some fundamental principles and practical examples for
designing formative and summative assessment. We will also explore benefits and considerations that
need to be considered when we adopt an online assessment strategy in teaching, and how using
technology can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the assessment process.

TEL ?
• Technology Enhanced Learning, in short,
is any technology that enhances the
learning experience.
• TEL is transforming and enhancing
education and educational institutions
beyond recognition. Therefore, it is
impossible to be ignored!
• The rise of remote and hybrid learning.
• Kids can learn at their own pace.

• Technology keeps kids engaged.
Fundamentals of Assessment[7]
• Assessments are “defined” by the verbs used within a learning outcome.
For example:
1. Students should be able to recognize, and individually produce,writing appropriate to the genres
and formats of professional communication including email and other correspondence,
professional presentations, and technical reports.
2. Students should be able to recognize mixing problems and identify what information is needed to
address these problems.
3. Define and explain key concepts in moral and political philosophy, such as Platonic form,
ataraxia, utility, imperative, maxim, right of nature, general will, ideology, alienation, and
oppression.
