Goal to listen and respond so users own the tool Technical review at each step – close partners Plan for time to incorporate changes from UAT before Go Live – we had 101 changes made! In-person training, demos, dedicated email for suggestions, focus groups and enhancement release plan immediately following initial go-live Followed with 45 more changes in second release!
