DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT – Investment Banking & Asset Management Position Name: Sr. IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Project Manager Location: Chicago, IL Resources Needed: 1-2 Duration: 6+ Months Pay: $60/hr + (Negotiable) Desired Start Date: ASAP Anticipated End Date: 12/31/2012 Position Description: The IBM BPM Project Manager will be working on key BPM initiatives with various partners within the organization Two projects of interest are currently in the implementation phase and in the planning phase respectively Required Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience at enterprise level companies Strong experience in implementing BPM (Business Process Manager; previously Lombardi) Strong experience in Agile development methodology Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced work environment with aggressive deadlines Project Management Responsibilities: Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans Manages the development of the technical strategy Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions
