Key Project: Wealth, Retirement, and Trust Technology (WRTT):
Analyze compliance with new PMO processes; Implement PM compliance reporting process; Peer
review, mentoring, and support.
    • Planview Project Reviewer - Review Planview project information to ensure that WRTT Shared
        Services’ project managers meet required deliverables as determined by TOG Project
        Methodology (“TPM”) and Release Management processes.
    • Prepare and distribute bi-weekly “Planview Review” dashboard report for Shared Services group.
    • Prepare monthly TPM Adherence and Compliance Report to upper management.
    • Created and maintained the “Planview and EPM Compliance” SharePoint site for WRTT. The site
        was utilized by PM’s as a single point of reference for EPM and Planview related requirements,
        requirements training, and other compliance updates. It was also the repository for all
        Compliance Reporting for WRTT.

WRTT Unix Baseline Security Audit Remediation, Phase I and II – Successfully managed the remediation
and mitigation of over 2700 UNIX security audit findings on WRTT Shared Services’ application and DB
servers via fixes, migrations/tech refresh, and decommission of old servers.

WRTT Application Logging and Monitoring Gap Analysis - Conducted and documented “Logging and
Monitoring Gap Analysis Surveys” for 49 WRTT Shared Services applications in an effort to identify where
gaps exist in relation to compliance with Wells’ Event Logging policies.

Master Data Mart, Options Reporting - Implemented additional business requirements along with query
logic fixes as a solution to issues encountered with MDM Options Reports.

HP Quality Center – For HPQC I have successfully coordinated the following project tasks: Network
configuration fixes to UAT and production environments; Oracle database upgrade on the production and
UAT servers; BCP failover test exercises in production environment; Prepared business resumption
documentation and updated the BCP plan; Node cluster failover testing on production and UAT servers.

                    06/09 – Present – All Stars Project of the San Francisco Bay Area
Volunteer, IT Project Manager
I am assisting the All Stars Project SF with the implementation of a customized database that will track
and document events and volunteers’ schedules.
Specifically, to create a daily working model for the organization in regards to query reports, volunteer
schedule tracking, and the coordination of events.

             5/30/07 – 08/15/08 – WAMU, Card Services Technology Project Management
Technical Project Manager
• Managed Card Services’ Marketing application and database related projects to successful
      completion. Completed all SDLC required tasks and met all deliverables as determined by WAMU’s
      project methodology standards and policies.
•     Duties included:
          o Creating project plans with clear responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.

E-Commerce Business Systems Consultant (06/02 – 01/07)
Wholesale Customer Support Group
• Technical Project Manager - Responsible for the implementation of midrange client server
   application, database, network, and hardware solutions.
• Implemented application software project that were either developed in house or provided by
   vendors. Specific duties included providing end-to-end project management for multiple projects and
   ongoing production support to internal and external application and database groups within the
   Wholesale Division.
• Successfully completed projects involving internet applications, software and hardware
   implementation, F5 and 3DNS architectures, business resumption, data center expansion or
   relocation, and network switch implementations (including router, hubs, and port replication).
• Successfully managed the redevelopment and realignment of the entire architecture for the Tea Leaf
   Project which was an application utilized by the wholesale group to analyze end user experiences of
   on-line business processes and systems. It provided critical information regarding “real time”
   problems that may arise during an on-line session from the customer’s viewpoint.

Business Continuity Coordinator (BCP) - 03/01/04 – 09/01/06
Wholesale Customer Support Group
• Responsible for developing, preparing, and maintaining business resumption plans for Wholesale
   Business groups.
• Collaborated with technical engineers and business unit managers to develop the disaster
   recovery plans.
• Maintained the integrity of the plan within the LDRPS (Living Disaster Recovery Plan Sys) database.
• Coordinated, conducted, and documented live tests of the recovery plans at planned intervals in
   accordance with Federal Banking Statutes and Ordinances.
• Redeveloped all 50 business resumption plans for the Wholesale group due to them being grossly
   past due on several federally mandated deadlines and updates.
• Successfully met crucial federal statute deadlines within a three month period.

Project Coordinator (10/96 – 6/02)
Systems Integration
• Responsible for the architecture and implementation of hardware solutions in support of larger
   business unit projects.
• Provided an architectural design solution to the business unit, acquiring hardware, coordination of
   installs and upgrades, coordination of server OS builds, storage installations, and coordination of
   network connections, hub and router installs, and network switch implementations.
• Effectively coordinated a huge effort to replace the entire hardware platform for the SVP application
   because there were numerous issues that caused production outages often. Within three days, I had
   successfully coordinated the implementation of 16 servers, several storage arrays, and IP systems at
   the Roseville, Ca. Data Center. I was personally on-site for the entire implementation.
