- 3. The Sellafield site is one of the biggest construction sites in the UK. Our challenges are almost always an industry firsts. Hazard reduction is incredibly demanding technically, calling for vision, imagination and expertise. The complexity of each project is unmatched anywhere else in the nuclear sector.

Challenges ▪ People want more and more data / information ▪ People don’t always know what they want but know what they don’t want when you show them a report ▪ People don’t like change – the reports need to look almost identical – Large number of people to be trained to use a new system – Some users don’t see the benefits to them - even more data to input – Don’t want parallel running of two systems during implementation – Don’t want to switch off the old system until they have confidence in the new one. – History is precious, they want to know what happened this time last year – Difficult to get users to move away from Excel.

- 21. Reporting ▪ There are around 120 reports out of the box. ▪ Each of these have user options to tailor what is displayed.

- 23. Ad Hoc Reporting ▪ It is possible to create Ad-Hoc reports. ▪ Direct Access into Planview Database is not allowed, however there are a number of options to access the datasets and Data sources. ▪ This allows the use of PowerBi and other reporting service.
