The Workforce Enterprise is Baryons’ IP. Client is given the right to use this solution without any claim
on the source code, irrespective of where it resides. However for customization needs at a later date,
Client can be given the right to modify the source code entirely for their own use. This right would not
construe any IP claim by client on the Workforce Enterprise Source code in any form at any stage.
