Repeat the following process for each slide you want
to set the timings for.
 On the Slides tab normal view, select the slides
   you want to set the timing for.
 On the Slide Show menu, click Slide Transition.
 Under Advance slide, select the Automatically
   after check box, and then enter the number of
   seconds you want the slide to appear on the
   screen.

Tip: If you want the next slide to appear either when you
click the mouse or automatically after the number of seconds
you enter-whichever comes first- select both the – on mouse
click and the automatically after check boxes.
 On the Slide Show menu, click Rehearse Timings
   to start the show rehearsal mode.

 Click da advance button           when you’re ready to
   go to the next slide.

 When you reach the end of the slide show, click Yes
   to accept the timings or No to start over.

Tip: If you know the timing you want for a slide, you
can enter it directly in the Slide Time box of the
Rehearsal toolbar.
   If the Custom Animation task pane is not displayed,
    on the slide show menu, click custom animation.

   In the custom animation task pane, click the item in
    the custom animation list that you want to change the
    timings for.

   Click the arrow, click Timing, and then do one or more
    of the following:
1.   If you want to create a delay between the end of one animation and
     the start of the next item in the list, click an option in the Delay list.
2.   In the Start list, do one of the following:
     •   If you want to start the animation by clicking the slide, click On Click.
     •   If you want the animation at the same time as the previous animation in
         the list, click With Previous.
     •   If you want to start the animation right after the previous animation in the
         list finishes, click After Previous
     •   If this is the first on the slide, it while marked as “0” and will start as soon
         as the slide appears in the slide show.

Note: You can change the order of animations on a slide by selecting the text item or
         object in the Custom Animation list and then dragging it to a new location in
         the list.
1.    On the Text Animation tab, do one of the following: If you want the
     paragraphs to each on separate click on the side, clear the
     Automatically after n seconds check box.
2.   If you want the paragraphs to play consecutively after one click of
     the slide, select the Automatically after n seconds check box and
     type a number in the box if you want to delay the start of the
     animation between paragraphs.
3.   If you want all paragraphs to animate at the same time, in the Group
     text box, select All paragraphs at once, and clear the Automatically
     after n seconds check box.
Note: This works only for animation that have been applied to a text placeholder and
contain 2 or   more paragraphs (including bullets).
•   Click the triggers button

•   Select the start effect on click
    of option

•   Select an item from the list.
•   Click an option in the speed
    duration list you choose.

Note: This option is dependent on
the animation

Edtech 2 (powerpoint animation)

  • 1.
