Title Page should include name and year of the book, school name, school address and school phone Dividers introduces each major section by including a title and design that fits that section
- 3. More Reader Services (Make the yearbook user friendly) Index includes a complete alphabetical list of the activities, events, and the people in the yearbook & pages to find them. Folio/Folio Tabs page number & page content info. on the bottom of each page Colophon page or column tells about the staff and the acknowledgments
- 4. The Cover Foreshadows the inside story Sets the tone and mood Attracts attention Everyone knows that you are not supposed to judge a book by its cover, but everyone does.

- 13. Is the theme slogan appealing on a yearbook cover, t-shirt or poster? What colours, graphics, photos can illustrate the theme? What specific information will support the theme? Can you develop spin-offs phrases or concepts to use throughout the book & in every section? Is it appealing to the students? Does it reflect what is happening in the school?
