Preparation and Filing of quarterly & annual E-TDS returns for Income Tax. Preparation of form 16 in digital format and upload the same on the web portal for employees to download. The weekly off and public holiday masters are created System can map location/ grade wise rules like accrual, usage, lapse, carry forward, min-max days, encashment, comp off, frequencies etc. An employee applies for the leaves and manager thereof approves/ disapproves the same. Multi level of approval hierarchy possible. Online application for leave encashment and comp off available. At the cycle end, system generates the employee wise leave balances for each type of leave and generate reports for employee and management.
