- 4. WHAT IS PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT? It is learning that promote learners collaborations and interaction. learners direct and control their own learning and pursue educational goals. It is learning that develop and promote self regulations It gives opportunity to learners to manage their learning, both content and process.

PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT PLEs represent a shift away from the model in which students consume information through independent channels such as the library, a textbook, or an LMS, moving instead to a model where students draw connections from a growing matrix of resources that they select and organize. Learners can use websites and other technological resources that may be part of learning therefore ple promote free learning.
- 13. DEFINITION OF A PLE: A PLE is also dynamic—the learner is an active participant. Learners are the driver of the lesson driven by personal goals. PLE is allows and promote the engaging of social networks in the classroom and also connect teachers learners together during learning.
- 16. PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT CONT… PLE does not divide learning context to society however it build or construct from the uniting of these two context. It is learning that promote equity and this kind of learning is used by teacher to maintain social order and instil values. Therefore PLE can take place in different contexts and situations such as using different resources that are available around the society such as internet and social network's.
